The academic calendar of the Spiru Haret University:
- 1st semester: 1st October – mid-February (courses and exams)
- 2nd semester: Mid-February – 1st July (courses and exams)
The deadlines for receiving your Erasmus application forms are as follows:
- 1st semester or full academic year: 1st July
- 2nd semester: 1st November
The Spiru Haret University can offer accommodation in its student dormitories but we have a limited number of rooms available for the incoming students, therefore the places are granted on a first come - first served basis and it is important to send your applications in time.

| USH undertakes to respect the following principles: - Respect the principles of non-discrimination set out in ERASMUS+ Program and ensure equal access and opportunities to mobility to all participants no matter their gender, age, race, apparentness; - Ensure the entire recognition for completed activities of study mobility, developed according to all Erasmus principles in force; - Charge of no fees, in the case of credit mobility, to incoming mobile students fr tuition, registrations, examinations and full access to all academic facilities. | |
| Agentia Nationala pentru Programe Comunitare in Domeniul Educatiei si Formarii Profesionale organizeaza in perioada urmatoare o campanie de informare pentru Erasmus+ in mai multe judete si in Bucuresti Cum? Sub forma unor evenimente de prezentare de doua ore in care vom aborda oportunitatile acestui nou program al Uniunii Europene destinat educatiei, formarii profesionale, tineretului si sportului. Evenimentele vor fi structurate in jurul unor sesiuni de informare de 2 ore: o ora prezentare, urmata de intrebari si raspunsuri. Sesiunile vor fi sustinute de cate doi reprezentanti ai Agentiei Nationale. Pentru cine? Pentru toate tipurile de candidati ai programului Erasmus + : unitati de invatamant (pentru toate nivelurile: prescolar, primar, gimanzial, liceal - filiera teoretica, tehnologica si vocationala -, postliceal, universitar ), ONGuri, furnizori de formare continua, alte categorii de institutii publice si nu numai. Care sunt temele abordate? - cadrul general Erasmus +, intelegerea principiilor si elementelor de baza - care sunt liniile de finantare - cum pot beneficia de Erasmus + diferite tipuri de candidati - ce este de facut pas cu pas pentru a depune un proiect Cand si unde? Participarea la aceste evenimente se realizeaza pe baza inregistrarii, cu precizarea ca aceasta este posibila in limita locurilor disponibile (in cazul in care aceasta va fi depasita, ne rezervam dreptul de a selecta persoanele inscrise pana la acest plafon). Va puteti inregistra folosind link-ul corespunzator orasului unde se desfasoara sesiunea la care doriti sa participati.
